Can I return my shorts if they are the wrong size?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy page for instructions on how to do this.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Once we have received your return it will take between three and five working days to process.
Where are the shorts made?
Stitched shorts are designed in the UK and made in Portugal by textile experts in Porto. Our shorts are made using cotton sourced in Portugal.
How long will my shorts take to arrive?
All orders are processed within two working days maximum and dispatched using Royal Mail and their international partners. Standard delivery is sent by first class post. The boxes used to send the shorts are letterbox size, which should avoid any long queues at the Post Office, or awkward knocks on your neighbour’s door.
Can I update or cancel my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes after an order has been placed, but in some cases this will not be possible. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What payment methods does Stitched accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Page, and Google Pay.

What do I do if something is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock then sign up for ‘Back in Stock’ notifications and we will email you when your size / style becomes available again.
How should I care for my Stitched shorts?
General care instructions are as follows:
- 30 degree gentle machine wash
- Wash with similar colours
- Wash inside out
- Do not bleach
- Do not soak
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry cleanable
- Cool iron (one dot)
Care instructions are also printed on the care labels in every pair of shorts.
